Terms & Conditions

AIInfraInterviews.com is an independent interview-preparation product that publishes curated questions and expert answers for AI infrastructure engineer, Applied AI, and related roles. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase access.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Accounts are personal and individual; you may not share, resell, or transfer your account or access credentials.

AIInfraInterviews.com is a legitimate educational interview-preparation service offering practice questions and study guides. It is designed to help candidates prepare and practise honestly for interviews — it does not enable dishonest behaviour, and we do not provide or endorse cheating, impersonation, leaked or confidential employer materials, or any attempt to bypass, game, or misrepresent yourself in an employer's hiring process.

Our content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Interview processes change frequently and vary by team, location, and candidate. We make no promise that using the Service will result in an interview, an offer, employment, or any particular outcome.

We work hard to keep answers accurate and current, but we do not warrant that any content is complete, error-free, or reflects a specific company’s current process. Use your own judgment and verify anything you intend to rely on.

We are an independent product and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with any company. We reference company names and, where shown, logos solely to describe the kinds of roles and interview loops our questions are modeled on. This is nominative, factual reference only — including (without limitation) OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, Meta, Amazon, AWS, NVIDIA, AMD, CoreWeave, Together AI, Fireworks AI, Modal, Baseten, xAI, Databricks, Snowflake, Cohere, and any other company mentioned. All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

Questions are independently researched or representative. We do not republish any company’s confidential or proprietary interview materials, and we ask that you do not submit such materials to us.

Sign-in is provided through Google authentication. By signing in you authorize us to receive basic profile information (your name, email address, and avatar) as described in our Privacy Policy. You choose a public username (“handle”) that is shown alongside your comments and contributions.

A generous selection of questions and full answers is available at no cost so you can evaluate the quality before paying. Premium access unlocks all answers for a fixed period of six (6) months from the date of successful payment. Premium is a one-time purchase for that period — it does not auto-renew, and nothing is charged to you again automatically.

When your six-month period ends, your account reverts to the free tier. You keep your progress, bookmarks, and access to the free content, and you may purchase a new period at any time.

Prices are shown at checkout (for example, US$25 by credit card or PayPal, or ₹2,000 via UPI, card, or netbanking) and may change for future purchases; the price you pay is the price displayed at the time of your purchase.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS. Premium unlocks digital content immediately on payment, so once you pay, the purchase is final and non-refundable in whole and in part. By completing payment you acknowledge that you are buying immediate access to digital content, you request that access begin at once, and you expressly waive any cooling-off, withdrawal, or change-of-mind cancellation right to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

No refund, credit, or exchange is given for any reason, including change of mind, partial or non-use, account suspension or termination for breach, dissatisfaction with content you could have evaluated using the free tier, changes to content or pricing, or your own technical issues (such as device, browser, or connectivity problems). The free tier exists precisely so you can judge the product before paying.

If you are charged in genuine, verifiable error (for example, a duplicate charge for the same access period) or are unable to access content you paid for due to a confirmed fault on our side that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time, contact us and we will investigate in good faith; any remedy in such a case is at our sole discretion and is limited as set out in the limitation of liability below. Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot be waived under the mandatory consumer law that applies to you.

Payments are processed by third-party providers — Razorpay (for UPI, cards, and netbanking) and PayPal. We do not receive or store your full card or UPI credentials. Your use of those providers is also subject to their terms and privacy policies. Access is granted once the provider confirms payment.

You may post comments and submit interview questions. You are solely responsible for what you contribute, and you must not post anything unlawful, infringing, confidential to a third party, abusive, or misleading.

If you submit a question while signed in and we choose to publish it, we may credit your public handle and add one (1) bonus day of access to your account. This reward is discretionary, has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. We are under no obligation to publish any submission.

By contributing, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sub-licensable licence to use, edit, reproduce, and display your contribution in connection with the Service, including in the open-source question repository. You confirm you have the right to grant this licence.

The answers, explanations, curation, ordering, code samples, and overall presentation are our intellectual property or licensed to us, and are protected by law. Your premium access is a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the content for your own interview preparation.

You may not scrape, crawl, bulk-download, republish, redistribute, resell, or use the answers to train or build a competing product or dataset; nor may you share your account or circumvent access controls. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, without refund.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including (without limitation) any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free — all to the maximum extent permitted by law. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will we or our owner, operators, employees, agents, or contributors be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunities, offers, employment, or anticipated savings, however caused and under any theory of liability, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — will not exceed the total amount you actually paid us for access during the six (6) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim; and where you paid us nothing, our liability will be nil.

We are not responsible or liable for the acts, omissions, content, security, or availability of third-party services that we rely on or that you interact with, including Google (sign-in), Razorpay and PayPal (payments), and our hosting and infrastructure providers; your use of those services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages; where that applies to you, the above exclusions and limits apply to the greatest extent permitted by law, and nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us (and our owner, operators, employees, agents, and contributors) harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the Service, your contributions, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

These Terms, and any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or in connection with them or with the Service (including non-contractual disputes), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Subject only to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you and that cannot lawfully be waived, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and you irrevocably consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India and waive any objection to that venue.

Severability: if any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire agreement and waiver: these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior understanding. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account; we may assign them, for example in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Force majeure: we are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of third-party infrastructure, network, hosting, or payment providers, or acts of God.

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
